WELCOME VENDORS!!

The 79th Annual North Florida Fair will be held November 5-15, 2020.  This eleven-day event is attended by approximately 110,000 patrons from North Florida, South Georgia and the surrounding areas.

At the North Florida Fair, we strive to offer a wide variety of unique foods, merchandise and entertainment options for everyone to enjoy.

    VENDOR APPLICATION

 

SPACE RENTAL FEES:

  • MARKETPLACE BUILDING – INDOOR BOOTH
    10’w x 8’d space (includes one skirted/covered 8’ table, two chairs, small trash can and 110volt electrical service)
    Fees:   $400.00 per booth.
  • OUTDOOR FOODSold by Front Footage (minimum of 15 ft.)
    Fees:   10 – 30amp service = $68.00 per front foot; 35 – 70amp service = $75.00 per front foot; 75amp service or greater = $85.00 per front foot.  Additional $75.00 fee for each 220volt connection.
  • OUTDOOR COMMERCIALSold by Front Footage (minimum of 15 ft.)
    Fees:   Up to 30amp service – $50.00 per front foot. 35amp or greater – $60.00 per front foot.  Additional $75.00 fee for each 220volt connection.
  • FOOD COURT BOOTH
    Permanent Booths centrally located in the food court. Each booth is 14’ x 14’, outfitted with 110volt and 220volt electrical outlets, three sinks, hot and cold running water, propane gas connection, ample shelving, and a screened, sliding service window. Vendor must provide all necessary appliances, equipment, propane gas, etc.

    Fees:     Refundable security/damage deposit = $200.00
                    Booth Rental = $1,000.00
