ARRIVAL TIME: Tuesday, October 31, 2017 & Wednesday, November 1, 2017 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
JUDGING: Thursday A.M., November 2, 2017
RELEASE TIME: Monday, November 13, 2017 & Tuesday, November 14, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon.

RULES & REGULATIONS

EXHIBITORS MUST ABIDE BY THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Entry in all competitive classes is open to residents of North Florida.
  2. No artificial plants will be permitted in any part of the show.
  3. No plants on the state’s conservation list may be exhibited in any part of the show, unless grown by the exhibitor or acquired in a legal manner & labeled with common and botanical name.
  4. Plants on the USDA invasive and noxious plant list will not be judged
  5. All exhibited plants must be marked with a tag number, common & botanical name and comply with show guidelines.
  6. Judging will be done using a point system. Judge’s decisions will be final.
  7. All entries must be submitted to building 1 (One) Tuesday and Wednesday, October 31st – November 1st between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Judging will be held on Thursday a.m., November 2, 2017.  Registrations before 10:00 a.m. on the 31st and 1st may be conducted by appointment with the registrar..
  8. Only judges and other authorized individuals will be allowed in the flower show area during judging activities.
  9. Entries must remain for duration of exhibit and shall not be removed prior to release dates without prior approval.
  10. Tag stubs with numbers corresponding to plant tags must be presented at pick-up for release of entries.
  11. The show will open to the public, Thursday, November 2, 2017 during regular Fair hours and will end at the closing of the Fair on November 12, 2017.
  12. Non-competition Exhibitor and Vendor space are available — Exhibitors and vendors are permitted to exhibit educational information, products and services. Community associations may also exhibit about their communities.  All must register during designated registration hours and must comply with general rules and guidelines
  13. The Flower Show committee will protect exhibits to the best of its ability, but cannot assume responsibility for damages and loss.
