The North Florida Fair never accepts payments through email, Zelle, Venmo, or similar platforms.

NORTH FLORIDA FAIR
WELCOME VENDORS!
The 83rd Annual North Florida Fair will be held November 6-16, 2025. This eleven-day event is attended by approximately 110,000 patrons from North Florida, South Georgia and the surrounding areas.
At the North Florida Fair, we strive to offer a wide variety of unique foods, merchandise and entertainment options for everyone to enjoy.
If interested in being a vendor, please complete and return the application below for our consideration. If the application is approved, contract documents will be sent with invitation to participate as a vendor.
SPACE RENTAL FEES
Outdoor Food
Sold by Front Footage in 5′ increments
minimum of 15 ft.
FEES:
10-30 amp service = $68 per front foot
35 – 70amp service = $75 per front foot
75amp service or greater = $85 per front foot
Additional $75 fee for each 220volt connection.
Outdoor Commercial
Sold by Front Footage in 5′ increments
minimum of 15 ft.
FEES:
Up to 30amp service = $50 per front foot
35amp or greater = $60 per front foot
Additional $75 fee for each 220volt connection.
Marketplace Building
Indoor Booth
10’w x 8’d space (includes one skirted/covered 8’ table, two chairs, small trash can and 110volt electrical service)
FEES: $400 per booth
Food Court Booth
Permanent Booths centrally located in the food court
Each booth is 14’ x 14’, outfitted with 110volt and 220volt electrical outlets, three sinks, hot and cold running water, propane gas connection, ample shelving, and a screened, sliding service window. Vendor must provide all necessary appliances, equipment, propane gas, etc.
FEES: $1,000 booth rental
Refundable security/damage deposit = $200
